Transactions may be conducted in person at either of our offices Monday-Friday (federal holidays excluded) and many transactions may be handled by email or account internet access. Withdrawals can also be conducted without a transaction fee at our ATM machine located on the lobby of the DOT building at Ninth and Locust streets.
