WHAT WE DO
We pride ourselves on our motto, “Small enough to know you, large enough to serve you”. Formed in 1946, we now serve government (federal, state, county, or city) employees, current and retired working in Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas and Jackson and Clay counties in Missouri. Additionally, membership may be extended to any persons living in, working in, or paid by Wyandotte County, KS. Also eligible for membership are any persons employed in the Bolling office building located at 601 E. 12 th St, KCMO, the DOT office building at 901 Locust, KCMO or the US Federal Courthouse at 400 E. 9 th St, KCMO. Lastly, employees of the following companies are eligible: Certain-Teed Corp, Afroquip-Guston Bacon Division, Russell Stover Candies, Simmons Mattress Co, and Civacon (formally Knappco). Also eligible to join is the spouse, child, sibling, parent or grandchild of such members, current or retired.
